Pelvic
muscles
Your pelvic muscles play
an important role during a last stage of the ejaculation
process.
|
It
is best to get an understanding of how
the ejaculation process works to
understand how pelvic muscles training
can help you to stop your premature
ejaculation.
The
ejaculation process can be divided into
two
phases.
The one-two
punch
In the
first phase the “gun” gets loaded. This
means that your sperm together with fluids is taken
from your testicles and seminal vesicles
(one of your many sexual glands)
to
the beginning
of your urethra (the tube out of which we
pee).
The
fluids are added to protect the sperm
from acid urine in both the urethra and
the
vagina.

|
In the second stage the
sperm is moved out of the penis by rhythmic contraction
of the soft muscles in the pelvic area. It is those
pelvic muscles you want to gain control over by
exercising them.
Training the pelvic
muscles
The first step in working
out your pelvic muscles is to identify them. Since the
muscles are not visible this is harder than it may sound.
However there are some
good pointers that will help you to identify the muscles.
An excellent way to
identify your pelvic floor muscles is on the toilet when
peeing.
The muscles you want to
target are the ones that stop the flow of urine. If you
manage to stop this flow you got one of the most basic
moves you’ll perform in your
workout.

The kegel - your stepping stone to becoming
a stud
The move is called Kegel
after Dr. Arnold Kegel the first doctor who actually
prescribed his (female) patients this exercise.
Dr. Kegel actually used
these kegel exercises to help women who had lost their
ability to control urination, often due to a pregnancy or
a weakening of the vaginal
muscles.
Once you have located the
muscles with the “toilet method” do not make a habit out
of doing the kegel exercises while peeing.
Starting and stopping
your urine stream can actually weaken the muscles over
time. Furthermore it can cause you to keep urine in your
bladder which can lead to an infection of the urine
tract.
In case you were not able
to locate the muscles you should not be discouraged. A
health care professional of your choice will be happy to
help you if you ask.
In the unlikely case that
you will be asked why you want to know you can say that
you heard there many benefits of developing the muscles
such as prevention of prostate
problems.
A simple
technique to double your
stamina
Here is a nice training
regiment to get your pelvic muscles under your control.
First empty you bladder for the reasons discussed above.
Than:
· Sit or lie
down
· Contract the
muscles for three seconds than relax for the pause of 3
seconds
· Do this for
ten times
· Increase the
time you hold the tension step by step until you reach 10
seconds
· Repeat the
exercise three times a day for optimal
results
· Best try to
couple the Kegel the another activity such as checking
the mail

Typical newbie
mistakes to avoid
· Do not hold
your breath
· Do not
tighten any other muscles like thighs, abdomen or
buttocks
· Do not
overdo it in the beginning – ten repetitions are
enough

Once you have mastered
the basic exercise you can spice things up. Here are two
variations to make things more
interesting:
· Mini-Kegels:
Instead of holding the Kegels try to fire them rapidly by
counting to 10 or 20 and doing one quick contraction for
every number
· Slomo-Kegels: Perform the exercise
in slow motion by contracting the muscles gradually and
releasing one muscles string at a time. Imagine an
intensity scale ranging from 1 to 5. You start out with
the lowest squeeze intensity and slowly work your way up
to maximum squeeze. Than you slowly release
back.

Kegel exercises as any
physical exercise will not fix your premature ejaculation
problem over night.
However it will fix it at
no cost and for good once you have gained muscle
mastery.
