Premature ejaculation
info
Even though the problem
is very common it is hard to find good premature
ejaculation info. In this text you will find out if you
suffer from premature ejaculation. There are 3 different approaches how premature
ejaculation is defined.
How to measure
"lasting
long"
First, you can
measure the time you last during
intercourse and compare it to the average
time.
A quick search on the
internet for premature ejaculation info will reveal that
the
average duration of intercourse is between 3
to 10 minutes. This is a worldwide
average, country specific data is harder to find, especially if
you are from a smaller country.
Since pictures speak
louder than word I made the graphic you can find below.
It shows how long men last during
intercourse.
The source is a
scientific study with 500 couples from the
Netherlands, United Kingdom, Spain, Turkey, and the
United States. The entire study can be found here (expect a DRY

As interesting as these
figures might be, there are several problems with the
approach of simple clocking your
intercourse.
There are many problems
with this first approach though.
The
main reason why length of time
isn't
everything
First,
your partner will not be too happy with
you watching a timer while having sex.
She would prefer you enjoying the shared
experience instead of worrying how to
last longer.
It is a
good idea to keep in mind that woman
differ from us in more than just their
bodies. For them things you can not
physically count are a lot more imporant
than for us men. They are also not as
competitive and are not always trying
hard to impress the opposite
sex.
This is
the reason why in a healthy
relationship your partner will see the
sex as an expression of your
feelings towards her instead of a
competition with the stop
watch.

Measuring
length of intercourse
sucks!
As a
second reason you should consider that
watching a timer while having sex will
neither be pleasurable nor very
encouraging. This holds especially if you
find yourself coming even earlier than
you imagined.
Me for
example I was sure I’d last about two to
three minutes and was shocked and
devastated when I found out that I was
more in the ballpark of one
minute.
It also
distracts you from enjoying the
pleasurable sensations. Those sensations
are probably the reason you decided
to have sex in the first
place.
It's timing not
time
Thirdly you should not
forget that even though you might fall
into the range of the average male
“performer” you can still have the
impression that the sex was way too
short.
Lastly
clocking does not take your partner into
consideration. If the sex was short but
she still loved every second of it and
the duration was fine with her, is it
still a problem?
An older
premature ejaculation info thus states
that whenever the man ejaculates before
his partner reaches orgasm he ejaculates
prematurely.

How often do you thrust during
intercourse?
Yet another premature
ejaculation info suggests that not time but the
number of thrusts during the intercourse should be
measured.
This leads to the
question how many thrusts are considered average in a
minute of intercourse. As an answer to this question
statisticians came up with the number
7.
That would mean one
thrust (the entire in-and-out-movement of the penis)
would last for about 9 seconds. Counting your thrusts is
certainly easier than taking the time.
Wait, but what if
your thrusts take significantly longer or shorter than
those 9 seconds? When I’m in heat I sure take less
than this and when I find myself approaching ejaculation
I try to go as slowly as possible.
That seriously distorts
the picture when trying to figure how to last longer than
the average. Yes, you could try to estimate how long each
of your thrust takes but hell you want to have sex not
doing a math class!

So
what is premature ejaculation in the
end?
This is why you should
not worry too much about the statistics other premature
ejaculation info tries to provide you with. Important
should only be one question:
Are you having sex for as
long as you want or do you find yourself always coming
way earlier than you wanted
to?
If your answer to this
question is “Yes”, take a careful look at the cures
and aids on this website since it is intended to
help you answer the question of how to last longer in bed
– every time and no matter who is your
partner.
