Sex positions to delay premature ejaculation

As you know there are a lot of different positions in which you can have intercourse with your partner - some sex position help with premature ejaculation, others don't.

The best known and most widely used sex position is the missionary position with the man on top and the woman lying on her back.

The opinions which position is best vastly differ as well as the number of position changes during intercourse. People claim that changes in position not only spices up the sex but also gives the feeling of the sex lasting longer.

Does your position matter?

What difference does this make to a man that has difficulties not to ejaculate before he enters his partner?

It could be possible that your sex lasts so shortly right now that you simply do not see any sufficient time to change positions at all.

Before you dismiss sex positions as irrelevant to delay premature ejaculation you should carefully read the following paragraph since it contains the key on how to avoid premature ejaculation.

Why the right position delays your premature ejaculation

Sex positions not only vary in their difficulty to execute them but also in the amount of stimulation each partner receives from them.

Your woman’s love channel varies in the pressure it puts on your penis depending on the angle of penetration.

For us men this means that there are positions in which we receive less stimulation than in others!

Keeping this in mind we can actually use sex positions as a tool to learn how to avoid prematur ejaculation. I will use an example to make my point.

How to avoid premature ejaculation by right positioning - first step

Consider the following popular sex positions:

1. Missionary position (as mentioned the guy is on top and the woman is lying on her back)

2. Doggy style (woman on her knees, man entering her from behind)

3. Cowgirl (woman on top, man lying on his back)

What I recommend to delay premature ejaculation is the following:

Try to have sex in each of the positions explained above, best in a row. The duration you stay in each position is not important. In case you are not able to last until you have completed try the position(s) you missed next time.

Power positioning - second step

The next step is to judge the amount of stimulation you received during each of those positions.

Build a simple scale in your mind, be it from 1 to 10 or from 1 to 100. The higher the score a position receives the greater the amount of stimulation you felt.

A 0 would mean that you did not receive any stimulation at all while a 10 or 100 would mean stimulation that brought you to ejaculation.

Your training

Now to the actual training: The good news first – you’ll have sex. The bad news – you need to do it with patience and concentration.

Have sex with your partner in each of the three positions explained above. Proceed until you feel that you have reached about a 7 or an 8 on the scale.

It might take you a while to grade your arousal that way so take all the time you need.

Sex for longer sex

During the intercourse you should clarify some questions for yourself:

·  How fast is my arousal increasing?

·  How strong does the stimulation feel on my penis?

·  Is it easy for me to decrease my arousal while remaining in the position (methods for this could be depth or angle of penetration and speed of thrust)

·  How much “grip” of the vagina do I feel?

·  How fast do I reach the 7-8 count on the scale with sex in this position?

These questions will help you to figure out the position in which you have the highest amount of control over the stimulation of your penis - a key in learning how to avoid premature ejaculation. Try to grade the positions from the most to the least stimulating.

This way you can “step down” during the intercourse meaning you can start with the position that stimulates you the most and than tune it down to a position in which you have more control. In this way you can significantly delay premature ejaculation
