Male Edging
What is male
edging?
Male edging simply put is
masturbating for an extended period of time without
ejaculating. It is done to train oneself to last longer
and not to gain immediate
pleasure.

How is cum edging done?
The difference between
cum edging and regular masturbation is that you stop with
all stimulation once you reach a point of high arousal.
This is the concept of
cycling in which you move from lower to higher states of
arousal and back. Doing this for an extended period of
time will increase the range of levels on both high and
low side.
It is like a wave where
the peaks on both side get increasingly
pronounced.
You want to push yourself
as close to the point of no return (PONR) as you can,
than let the arousal fade out a bit and
continue.
The point of no return is
the moment in which you start losing control over your
ejaculation.
What is cum edging good for?
A continued practice of
male edging will make you push the PONR further and
further back enabling you to cope with higher and higher
levels of arousal and not losing
control.
Additionally cum edging
will allow you to be able to stay in higher states
of arousal for an extended period of time. This will turn
peaks into plateaus. From these plateaus you can than
descend or even move on to greater heights of
arousal.
Cognitive therapy
Cognitive therapy adds to
the physical techniques also the rewiring of the thinking
of men that suffer from premature ejaculation. Most of us
are influenced by the ever present sex industry when it
comes to our love making.
It the movies that are
particular popular with guys we can see women that seem
to experience immense joy from steady, ongoing
penetration.
A steady thrusting for
countless minutes is not only an ideal that almost no man
achieves but it’s also not wanted by most women. The
continuous, monotonous stimulation can numb their
sensitive parts and they get sore.
Women enjoy gentle
touching, kissing and licking as much as they enjoy the
intercourse itself.

Adjusting your view
Cognitive therapy aims at
making men’s thinking about sex more realistic and helps
them to become better lovers that are considerate of
their partners needs.
One example of a
cognitive therapy exercise that is prescribed is a form
of male edging where the man stimulates himself
close to ejaculation, than stops and than repeats the
process three times. The fourth time he is allowed to
ejaculate.
He should start this
ejaculation practice first with dry hands and than switch
to using lubrication once he has mastered his response to
the dry stimulation.
Using lubrication will
make the masturbation more similar to stimulation that is
experienced during intercourse which makes it harder to
master.
Effectiveness of cum edging
It has been proven by
several studies that edging is extremely effective for
treating premature ejaculation. I myself have easily
doubles my staying power through
edging.
The main problem with
edging is that you need tremendous discipline for doing
it. It is very, very hard to stop stimulating yourself
when arousal has become very strong.
The urge to cum gets even
stronger after you stopped once and than reach a high
level of arousal again.
Personally I have found
it impossible to use edging together with visual
stimulation though even this has gotten easier due to
some tricks I learnt in this
book
