follow certain constraints (nonviolence, non-stealing,

First focus your
attention on your breathing. Since breathing goes on
naturally and without our conscious control we are often
not aware on how we breathe.
Feel how the air enters
your body, how it remains inside filling you with the
needed oxygen and leaving your body transporting carbon
dioxide outside.
As a second step try to
equalize your breathing by taking as much time for each
breathing in as you take for breathing out. Try to start
with a reasonable time for each breath cycle for example
5 seconds for breathing in and 5 seconds for breathing
out.
It is important to know
that with a higher degree of arousal your breathing
becomes faster and
shallower.

How it works
Usually men even hold
their breath just before they ejaculate which makes this
just one of the most effective ejaculation control
exercises.
You should do the
breathing exercise at least once a day, better twice a
day for about 5-10 minutes.
Try to take more and more
time for a breathing cycle. Although the goal is not to
improve the use of your lung capacity this is a neat side
benefit you will get.
After practicing this for
at least one week - preferably two weeks - start paying
attention to your breathing during sexual
activity.
Walk don't run
It will make a huge
difference just becoming aware of your breathing, when
you start to breathe faster and when you “forget” to
breathe.
Be easy on yourself. It
is natural to lose control over your breath during sex
and it is also natural to forget to pay attention to it
when things get hot and
heavy.
After you got use to pay
attention to your breath next you should start to try to
control it.
The most important thing
is to never stop breathing. Next important thing is to
avoid rapid breathing. The key to this ejaculation
control exercises is to aim at constant, deep
breathing.
Once you have implemented
this breathing awareness and control you can be sure to
last significantly longer in
bed.
